Thank you for shopping at Orlys. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return and refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Contact Us: Send an email to help@orlysofficial.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send you the return instructions and the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Downloadable software or digital products

Final sale / Clearance items

Perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items (such as intimate apparel or cosmetics) for hygienic reasons.
