Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer reliable shipping methods to get your products to your doorstep. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through our courier partner's portal.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orlys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery Issues & Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.
If you encounter any issues or your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@orlysofficial.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will do our absolute best to resolve the issue promptly.
